Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Wrap each wiener with a piece of bacon. You may wish to secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place bacon wrapped wieners on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until bacon is crispy and sugar is bubbly, about 40 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately, or place in a slow cooker set on LOW to keep warm.

If memory serves me well, these were made when we celebrated Snitker Christmas as Mike and Julie’s house. I think it was introduced by Melissa.
