Blender French Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 slice large onion about a tablespoon minced
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup catsup aka ketchup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 dash paprika
Instructions
- Puree the vinegar and onion in a blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixed (about one minute).
Notes
Some city folks call this Western dressing, we just call it good.
Alternatives
A quarter cup of honey in place of the sugar is also good. You may want to play around with the amount of honey and onion to get the taste exactly to your liking.
