- Ingredient quantities are per 1 quart jar.
- Pour grapes and sugar in jar. Fill with boiling water to 1/4 inch from top. Seal and give 10 minute hot water bath in canner.
Notes
The published recipes call for 1/2 cup sugar per cup of grapes, but Dad told Sandi it is 1 cup sugar. The recipes also call for putting the juice through a sieve, but we all know have the joy of home canned grape juice is getting a few whole grapes in the bottom of your glass.
