Chili Sauce
Ingredients
- 20 medium tomatoes
- 3 large green peppers
- 4 large onions
- 3 Tablespoons salt
- 5 cups sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons celery seed
- 12 ounces tomato paste
Instructions
- Boil fresh vegetables, salt, sugar, vinegar, and celery seed together, slowly, about 2 hours.
- Add tomato paste and heat thoroughly.
- Seal in sterile jars.
