Chinese Salad

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut up vegetables. Drain well and refrigerate.
  2. Break up Ramen noodles. Mix with sesame seeds and almonds.
  3. Melt butter on cookie sheet in 300F oven. Sprinkle noodle-seed-nut mixture over melted butter on cookie sheet. Bake until mixture is slightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cool mixture and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  5. For dressings, mix remaining ingredients together and chill.
  6. Ten minutes prior to serving, toss together vegetables, noodle mix, and dressing.

I think Julie introduced this one. I like it with grilled chicken breast.
