Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 12 ounces soft tofu
- 1 small box sugar free jello instant pudding mix
- 1 heaping Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 8 ounces whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Mix together tofu and pudding in food processor until smooth. Add cocoa and mix in with processor.
- Whip cream, then add vanilla.
- Finally fold the whipping cream and the tofu pudding mixture together in mixer. DO NOT OVER WHIP OR YOU WILL HAVE CHOCOLATE BUTTER.
- Put in individual serving dishes.
