Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix together tofu and pudding in food processor until smooth. Add cocoa and mix in with processor.
  2. Whip cream, then add vanilla.
  3. Finally fold the whipping cream and the tofu pudding mixture together in mixer. DO NOT OVER WHIP OR YOU WILL HAVE CHOCOLATE BUTTER.
  4. Put in individual serving dishes.

This is Linda’s favorite low carb dessert.
