Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, flavoring, sugar, coconut, and salt. Form into balls and chill 2 hours.
  2. Melt chips and wax together. Dip chilled balls to coat.

Notes

Linda has tested the use of leftover potatoes. Let us know if you try using garlic mashed. It’s also fun to add food coloring or to decorate with white chocolate drizzle that has been colored!
