Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add beef and mix well.
  2. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place in 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes or until done. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile combine chili sauce and grape jelly over low heat, stirring until well-blended. Add meatballs and stir to coat.
  4. Serve hot or put in a crockpot set to LOW to keep warm.

Notes

These are a wonderfully simple sweet-sour kind of BBQ style meatball. You can also use the sauce on store purchased meatballs.
