Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, dry mustard, celery seed, vinegar, and water. Bring to boil and boil three minutes. Let cool.
  2. Shred vegetables and sprinkle with salt. Let santd for one hour. Drain.
  3. Ladel sauce over cabbage mixture and let stand five minutes. Pack slaw into freezer containers and freeze.

Notes

Bag by the number of servings you prefer to have at a time.
