Frozen Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 nine inch graham cracker crust
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, and nuts. Fold into cream.
- Place small scoops of ice cream in pie shell. Pour pumpkin mixture over ice cream.
- Freeze at least 2 hours.
Notes
This is great without the crust or blended as a shake.
