Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, and nuts. Fold into cream.
  2. Place small scoops of ice cream in pie shell. Pour pumpkin mixture over ice cream.
  3. Freeze at least 2 hours.

Notes

This is great without the crust or blended as a shake.
