German Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 whole  eggs
• 3 teaspoons  cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon  salt
• 1 cup  oil
• 1/2 cup  chopped nuts
• 2 cup  flour
• 1 teaspoon  soda
• 1 teaspoon  vanilla
• 2 cups  sugar
• 4 cups  chopped apples
• 1/3 cup  brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon  cinnamon
• 1/2 cup  chopped nuts

Instructions

1. Mix first ten ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan. Combine last three ingredients and sprinkle over top of cake batter.
2. Bake 350F until done (45-60 minutes).
