German Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups chopped apples
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Mix first ten ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan. Combine last three ingredients and sprinkle over top of cake batter.
- Bake 350F until done (45-60 minutes).
Notes
This cake is also super good with cream cheese frosting.
