  1. Measure sugar into separate bowl.
  2. Stir SureGel and juice in a 6 to 8 quart pot. Bring to a full boil. Add sugar return to boil and boil 1 minutes stirring constantly. To reduce foaming add one teaspoon butter.
  3. Remove from heat and skim foam. Ladle into hot jars and quickly put on lids. You can quickly invert the jars five minutes to seal or use a hot water bath fifteen minutes.

Notes

For fresh grape juice, wash grapes and simmer until soft. Use jelly bag to drain off juice overnight.
