Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients and combine with remaining ingredients. Stirjust until blended.
  2. Heat griddle or heavy frying pan until moderately hot. Test temperature by sprinkling with water. Pan is ready when droplets stay round and dance.
  3. Grease pan lightly before each pour. Use 1/4 cup batter for each cake. Bake until top is full of bubbles breaking and edges are dry. Brown other side.
