Ham Pickle Wheels
Ingredients
- 6 whole dill pickles
- 6 slices deli ham
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
- Whipped salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Instructions
- Blend cream cheese and Miracle Whip. Spread equal amounts on the six ham slices. Place one pickle on each ham slice and roll up with pickle in the center.
- Chill until firm. Cut into half inch wheels.
Notes
I think Bonnie introduced these to us. Depending on your ham choice, you may need to pat dry the slices. You will also need to pat dry the pickles.
