Hot Fudge Cake

- Combine flour, sugar, 2 T cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla; mix until smooth. Spread in ungreased 9 inch square baking pan.
- Combine brown sugar and 4 T cocoa. Sprinkle over cake batter. Pour hot water over all--DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
