  1. Blend mayo, juice, sweetener, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add vegetables. Toss to coat. Add seasoning, if needed, then refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Sandi tweaked a variety of similar recipes for this one. You can add thin sliced bell pepper if you like. This is very good with pork roast and seafood tacos.
