Moroccan Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons" Zero Calorie Sweetener
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 shakes salt and pepper
- to your taste
- 1 large thin slice onion
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- one small head
- 2 cups shredded carrots
Instructions
- Blend mayo, juice, sweetener, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add vegetables. Toss to coat. Add seasoning, if needed, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Sandi tweaked a variety of similar recipes for this one. You can add thin sliced bell pepper if you like. This is very good with pork roast and seafood tacos.
