  1. With a wire whisk, beat together eggs, orange juice, milk, sugar, nutmeg, & vanilla. Place bread in a single layer in a casserole that just fits the slices. Pour the milk mixture over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night, turning once.
  2. Pour the melted butter on a jelly roll pan, spreading evenly. Arrange the soaked bread slices on the pan in a single layer. Sprinkle with pecans.
  3. Bake at 400ยบ until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.

Notes

Great use for leftover dinner rolls.
