Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon burnt sugar flavoring
Instructions
- Bring to boil sugar and milk. Cook until reaches softball stage.
- Remove and stir in marshmallows until fully melted.
- Add peanut butter and beat well with spoon.
- Stir in flavorings. pour into greased 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut.
Notes
I’ve encountered so many with peanut allergies that I haven’t made this in decades. I remember enjoying a chocolate and a peanut butter fudge smashed together.
