Peanut Butter Fudge

Instructions

  1. Bring to boil sugar and milk. Cook until reaches softball stage.
  2. Remove and stir in marshmallows until fully melted.
  3. Add peanut butter and beat well with spoon.
  4. Stir in flavorings. pour into greased 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut.

Notes

I’ve encountered so many with peanut allergies that I haven’t made this in decades. I remember enjoying a chocolate and a peanut butter fudge smashed together.
