Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes. Cool until easy to handle. Peel and dice.
  2. In another bowl, mix onion, pickles, salt, pepper, Miracle Whip(R), yellow mustard, sugar, and pickle juice to make the dressing.
  3. Stir potatoes into dressing until evenly coated. Chop eggs and fold gently into the mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Slice an additional egg to spread across the top and sprinkle with paprika to dress this salad up for serving.
