Rhubarb Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 small package strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Combine in saucepan. Simmer until sugar and gelatin is dissolved and rhubarb is tender.
Notes
I loved this on hot butter toast, but it is also good on ice cream, pancakes, sponge cake, crackers, and so much more!
