Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toss potato slices with salt pepper and onion.
  2. Place in 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk and cook until mixture begins to thicken. Pour over potatoes.
  4. Bake covered one hour at 350F. Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes.

Notes

Sprinkle with parsley or fresh herbs to dress up the presentation.
