Scalloped Potatoes

Instructions
- Toss potato slices with salt pepper and onion.
- Place in 2 quart casserole dish.
- Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk and cook until mixture begins to thicken. Pour over potatoes.
- Bake covered one hour at 350F. Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
Sprinkle with parsley or fresh herbs to dress up the presentation.
