Soft Buns Using the Bread Machine

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in order into bread machine; select dough setting.
  2. When cycle is complete, turn out dough onto flour surface. Roll 3/4 inch thick and cut into 2.5 inch squares (or cut circles for round buns).
  3. Place rolls on greased baking sheet or baking stone and brush with melted butter. Bake at 350F until lightly browned.

Notes

This recipe is from Peggy. Let me know if you have a bread machine and are using it. Peggy found this recipe worked well for breadsticks. After rolling out the dough, she would cut into strips, brush with butter, and sprinkle with parmesan and pizza seasoning. Then she’d let rise and bake.
