Instructions

  1. Mix yolks and sugar until dissolved. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt alternately with hot water.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, hold shape.
  3. Fold whites into yolk batter.
  4. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
