Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

• 5 cups  crushed strawberries
• 7 cups  sugar
• 1 box  Sure Jell Fruit Pectin

Instructions

1. Stir powdered pectin into the berries. Bring berries and pectin to boil and add sugar all at once. Again, bring the mixture to a boil for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
2. Ladle into hot sterilized jars. Process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
