Sun Dills

Ingredients

• 1 gallon  cucumbers
• 4 cups  water
• 2 cups  vinegar
• 1/2 cup  canning salt
• 1/2 teaspoon  alum
• 8 heads  dill
• 8 cloves  garlic

Instructions

1. Layer cucumbers and garlic in jar.
2. Boil remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Put lid on and set in the sun for 3 days.
