Watergate Salad
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- 20 ounce can pineapple pieces, drained
- 3-3/4 ounce box pistachio instant pudding
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup minature marshmallows
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight.

This salad was at every potluck dinner growing up in the 1970s and 1980s.
